Accommodation bookings are the responsibility of participants.
Participants are strongly advised to make their hotel bookings as soon as possible. Similarly for their travel plans and bookings.
Registration for the meeting will be from 08:30 to 08:45 on December 9, in the meeting room (Farragut Square Room). Meeting material and badges will be distributed to individuals during the registration. Sign boards in the lobby will direct you to the registration desk that will be staffed at the above-mentioned time.
Important: Please wear your badge at all times as it is important that you are identifiable as a conference attendee.
Main voltage in US is 110V 60Hz, participants from other countries may need to consider the need for a voltage converter. Plug/wall sockets in US is either type A or B as shown below:
Participants are recommended to bring appropriate Power Adapters to enable use of wall sockets.
Important: Meeting organiser will be advised of the AV facilities at the venue. Please be mindful of the need to bring the appropriate adaptors to ensure you can connect your laptops to enable you to run your meeting sessions.
